Building Renovation:
ENZO Building and Design was hired to serve as the Construction Manager for BLOC Ministries for the renovation of a two story, 6,376 SF turn of the century building.

ENZO Building and Design was responsible for coordination between the architect and client during the design process.  Once the design was completed ENZO was responsible in coordinating the public bidding process, reviewing bids, and awarding contracts.

During construction ENZO preformed weekly site visits, reports, photo documentation and approved shop drawings for the client as well as answering construction questions.

BLOC brings opportunities in neighborhoods (Price Hill, Cleves) to build relationships and for change. BLOC offers many after school activities ranging from mentoring, the arts, and fitness enrichment activities.
