Building Renovation:
ENZO Building and Design served as the general contractor to provide general construction services to renovate an existing building for BrightView, LLC. The 6,336 SF building includes new reception and waiting area, 10 new private councilor offices, 2 new exam rooms, 3 large group rooms, 5 new toilet rooms, Pharmacy, Break Room and a Bull Pin room for visiting councilors.

General construction services for this project included: all new millwork, Doors, frames and hardware, Toilet accessories, Lockers, Fire extinguishers, new HVAC system, new electric service for the entire building including 3 new transformers and new CAT 6 data with new rack.  Entire space included all new LED lighting, interior and exterior lighting.
