ROTEX Wellness Center building renovation:
ENZO Building and Design served as the general contractor to provide general construction services to renovate an existing building for ROTEX Global LLC. The 1,900 SF building includes new reception and waiting area, new doctor office, new exam room, new toilet room, and break area.

General construction services for this project included: all new millwork, Doors, frames and hardware, Toilet accessories, Fire extinguishers, new HVAC system, new electric service for the entire building and new CAT 6 data with new rack.  Also, we included a new exterior wheel chair lift per ADA code.
