Ilija is a quality and creative individual who really cares about both the client and end result of each project. He follows up with me (as a sub-contractor) along the way to maintain a schedule. Ilija understands the various processes and planning needed to create a successful project from original ideas and through the completed work.

Ilija also asks the opinions of each sub-contractor understanding that they are an expert in their individual field. I would employ Ilija as my General Contractor and/or Architectural Designer for either a commercial project or if I needed something personally.
