Renovated an existing 500 SF storage space for the IT department for ROTEX Global, LLC.
Services included Asbestos remediation of the existing floor and pipe insulation, new aluminum glazing, ceiling, LED lighting and HVAC system, including new CAT6 data and flooring and paint.
