What is Design-Build
Design-Build is a method that provides the client a single point of contact for design and construction.
The Design-Build contractor holds single-source responsibility for every aspect of the project from estimation, pre-construction, architecture, engineering, subcontracting and construction to post-construction. The Design-Builder, manages all contracts, such as subcontractors, equipment vendors and materials providers.
