Ilija's Story
Ilija Trajkovski immigrated to the United States with his family from Macedonia, formerly Yugoslavia, in 1977 and settled in the west side of Cincinnati. He began learning English in elementary school through cassette tapes in the library, as there were no teachers available who could speak Macedonian. He graduated Western Hills High School in 1987 and went on to the University of Cincinnati to earn a Bachelor of Science Architectural Engineering Degree and hold an Associate’s degree in Architectural/Civil Engineering from Cincinnati Technical College. After earning his degrees, he began a career that would hone his skills and garner experience while working 20 years at Architectural firms in Dayton and greater Cincinnati.
In 2014 Ilija formed Enzo Building and Design, LLC. Although he has done a variety of projects, he has specialized in building medical offices. Ilija also has experience in auto dealerships, nursing homes, townhomes, office space, and manufacturing buildings. Enzo Building and Design has capabilities from schematic design all the way to building completion. The utmost importance is placed on adhering to the schedule and budget, to ensure client satisfaction.
Over the years, Ilija has enjoyed mentoring Colerain middle school students interested in learning more about possible future careers in Architecture, as well as being a member of the Zoning Board in Colerain Township for four years. He has made many friends and connections through his years of experience and contacts in construction, engineering, and architecture.
On a personal note, Ilija has been a proud American citizen since 1998. He met his wife in 1999 and married in 2003, and shortly after, adopted his only daughter. He currently lives with his wife in Liberty Township and enjoys his new home and neighborhood. He has a deep and insatiable interest in cars and loves hosting the neighborhood Cars and Coffee event on every Father’s Day. He is always happy to have a conversation with anyone else who has a love for cars.

Downtown Cincinnati Show Room location, total renovation of 7,000 sq. ft. all new finishes, lighting fixtures and constructed a new Training Center and Executive Conference room within the existing showroom space.
Flash Returns-Blue Ash, OH
- Relocated headquarters from downtown Cincinnati to Blue Ash, OH
- Partial tenant interior renovation and new construction of an existing office/warehouse building approximately 9,300 sq. ft.
Sunstone Life Recover Housing-Finneytown, OH
- Full renovation of 12 town home style units.
- Each unit is 1,266 sq. ft. new finishes throughout.
Toyota of Cincinnati-Colerain, OH
- Provide continuing maintenance throughout the showroom and Service center.
- Services include, painting, new construction of a Tool room and Machine shop, upgrading all light fixtures to LED, Service Center Roof Replacement, renovate Cashier with new flooring and Millwork.
- Install new roof hatch and stair in storage Mezzanine.
- Renovate existing Break Room for the Service Center Techs.
Brown County Humane Society – Brown County, OH
Design-Build 1,200 sq. ft. Meet and Greet Adoption Room including 500 sq. ft. food storage space. Epoxy flooring, new HVAC, Electric and Plumbing.
ROTEX-Cincinnati, OH
- Wellness Center, Design-Built 1,900 sq. ft. full building tenant renovation and new construction.
- Accounting Department office renovation and Break Room.
IT Department storage room renovation, converted to a new office space. - Break Room Restroom total renovation, new fixtures, flooring, lighting and SS stalls.
- Open Office Renovation, bult six (6) new offices in the existing open office space.
BLOC Ministries, Cincinnati, OH
Design-Bid-Build total renovation of a three (3) story house converted into a community center for the local neighborhood, including a complete print and screen center and workshop for producing brochures and screen-printing T’s.
